  • I am unable to view videos or other media inside my browser.

Browser security settings can prevent web content from being downloaded and displayed. In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options > Security and reset all security zones to the 'Default Level'. Log out and restart the browser to view your learning material.

Web browsers also require a plugin to view video content. Common plugins include Adobe Flash Player, Windows Media Player, and Apple Quicktime. If necessary, you may use the links below to download and install the proper plugin(s) for your computer.
