• After updating my Immersive Emulator, the new version will not start.

First, try restarting the computer. In some instances, the installation of the product may not be able to complete if other processes were running when the installer was executed.

In other cases, it may be necessary to completely remove the application from your PC before installing the latest version. From the Control Panel, open the Add/Remove Programs applet and remove the appropriate Immersive Emulator application. Check your training partner's web site for the latest installation package, then reinstall the latest version.
