• After updating or installing an Immersive Emulator application, my other Immersive Emulators will not start.

All Immersive Emulator applications should be installed in the same location. The default location is 'C:\Program Files\immersive', however, other locations - such as 'C:\immersive' - may be used.

To ensure all applications are installed in the same location, you may remove and reinstall the last application from your PC by using Add/Remove Programs applet in the Control Panel. When reinstalling, make sure the installation directory is the same as your existing Immersive applications. If necessary, check your training partner's web site for the latest installation package(s).
