• The application buttons for my Emulators do not appear on the web page.

Currently, the Immersive Emulators require the use of Internet Explorer 6 or greater. The application buttons also may not appear if the server does not have an available license or your computer is not configured properly. If the server does not have an available license, wait a while and try again. If your computer is not configured properly, a message should appear explaining the problem. If the browser was not started using the desktop icon, log out, close all browser windows, and restart your session using the Immersive icon on your desktop.
