  • Do Immerse2learn applications support 64-bit Internet Explorer?

Current, Immerse2learn applications support 32-bit Internet Explorer and not the 64-bit version. Microsoft, installs both 32-bit and 64-bit Internet Explorer versions. In some cases, the default browser may be set to the 64-bit version.
If your browser is set the 64-bit version, you will need to do the following:
    1. Close all browsers.
    2. Click on the Windows “Start” button.
    3. Click on “All Programs”.
    4. Right click on “Internet Explorer” (Usually located below,
    “Internet Explorer 64-bit”).
    5. Click “Send To” then “Desktop (create shortcut)”.
    6. Open Internet Explorer using the newly created shortcut.
    7. Go to “Internet options” located in the “Tools” menu.
    8. Enter “immerse2learn.com” into the “Home Page” field.
    9. Click “Apply”.
    10. Click “OK”.
    11. Close your browser and reopen it, FROM THE SHORTCUT ON THE DESKTOP.
Now this shortcut can be used to run the Immerse2learn applications from 32-bit Internet Explorer. Immersive will be supporting Internet Explorer 64-bit browser in the near future.
